Sales Development Representative - German Speaking
The goal for an SDR at Zoom is to generate pipeline through strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments for Account Executives.
Key functions of the role;
Understand the Zoom platform, pricing and customer use cases enough to provide a high-level introduction
Uncovering customer needs using BANT qualification
Connect Customer to Account Executives and attend customer meetings as required
Nurture existing pipeline to generate revenue
Achieve (if not exceed) quarterly qualified opportunities quota
Absorb the sales development playbook and be ready to start contacting new prospects 10 days from start date
Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM
Understand ongoing sales priorities and targets
Provide best practices and feedback to managers and enablement
Extensive use of Salesforce CRM and other tools to build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects
Deliver happiness to customers who require support or billing assistance
Deliver Happiness by maintaining specific CSat Scores.
Requirements to be successful in the role:
1+ year of Sales or Customer-Facing experience
Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen
Eager to learn, adapt well, and thrive through change
Provide feedback for what's working and what's not working, and receive feedback & implement changes to improve
Consistently meet sales or performance goals, Deliver Happiness to your customers, and enjoy working closely with your team
1+ year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Business level fluency in English and German are required for the role
