Head of ISV/SDK Sales, JAPAC
Join us as a visionary leader overseeing ISV Partners and SDK Sales in the Japan and APAC region. In this player-coach leadership role, your triumphs will shape the future investments in your team. The ISV Builder Team is responsible for establishing and driving new partnerships and opportunities to extend the use and monetization of Zoom’s powerful developer tools (API/SDK) across Zoom Meetings, VideoSDK. The Team works in close partnership with the Global Sales organization, Marketing, Developer Advocacy Team and Product Management. We are a very agile team and are tasked with growing and expanding this part of Zoom’s reach to help extend Zoom into new areas and markets. The ideal candidate is someone who is high energy, technically savvy and has a polished, strategic sales acumen.
What You Will Do: You will lead our business development and partner management resources in the region and will also personally build key ISV and SDK sales relationships. As a leader you will analyze and own strategy for the region alongside our Head of ISV Builder Ecosystem to drive revenue to our developer platform and ISV Partner Programs - international markets are a key focus for us and this will be a high visibility role.
Spearheading GTM and sales execution across JAPAC for our SDKs and ISV Partner Program
Lead and develop business development managers and partner managers across the region and beyond
Identify and close business with strategic lighthouse ISVs whose use of Zoom’s Developer Platform can inspire the ecosystem and/or expand market coverage
Collaborate cross-functionally with Zoom product, sales, marketing and technical teams to prioritize objectives and key partners
Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing and conditions related to the Zoom ISV program and SDK sales
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and prioritization of partner projects. Track projects, owners, timelines and drive accountability.
Achieve quarterly revenue targets. Build and execute GTM strategies to drive MRR bookings
7+ years relevant experience – preferably in a cPaaS/PaaS/SDK/API technologies running deals $1M+.
High energy and well-versed in fast-paced startup environments.
Team leadership experience, showcasing exceptional team management and coaching skills
Proficiency in engaging and communicating with sales management.
Fluent in English, with additional languages as a strong advantage.
Demonstrated prowess in influencing key decision-makers within strategic partnerships.
Exceptional presentation and written communication skills, tailored for diverse audiences.
Capable of working with product and technical teams to evaluate and provide business requirements to scale and optimize the business
B.S. Degree , MS or MBA is a plus
