How you'll help us achieve it
Wave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal, with over 7 million users. And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives.
We’re looking for an Agent Admin Officer to support the Agent Operations team by performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reporting to the Agent Operations Admin Manager, you will manage the team's requests, track agents’ performance, and be in contact with them.
In this role, you'll;
- Support the agent office and field operations teams from our head office in Bamako.
- Support agent team managers to ensure agents are recruited and managed as per internal policy and procedure.
- Work with other teams to track agent issues and client issues at agents, and make outbound calls to agents to collect data.
- Be responsible for requesting, dispatching, and tracking the usage of agent-related supplies.
- Assist with administrative duties related to agent network ops by supporting all projects in the department from the head office.
- Maintain agent contracts and ensure up-to-date information across systems and devices is well set up and functional.
- Liaise with field teams to dispatch all required stationery and merchandising material required and any other required supplies, tracking dispatched and available supplies and their use.
- Track and compile information about agents gathered by field teams and make outbound calls to survey agents on various topics.
- Support the field teams with their planning and liaise with other departments about field team planning.
- Work with field teams to recover Wave documents, equipment, devices, branding, and material following the process upon termination of an agent.
- Provide basic training on agent admin-related issues to the field teams.
Key details
- Location: You’ll work from our office in Bamako.
- Work authorization in Mali is required.
- Contract type: 6 months fixed-term contract

Requirements
- Proficient in English and French.
- Completed university degree.
- Experience in an administrative position.
- Notions in logistics, supply management, shipments, and stock management.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel/Spreadsheets, and experience using Google Maps.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
