About the Job

As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul, South Korea, you will play a key role in driving new business growth for Verkada, one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive way.

This is a high-impact, hunting-focused role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape your territory, prospect new business, and collaborate with channel partners to close deals. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory plan, researching the market and identifying key customers.
  • Prospect for new customers using a variety of methods, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct product demos, progress deals, craft proposals, and close opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s products and their applications in the market.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to source and win deals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with clear forecasting and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to customers, building long-term relationships and delivering value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in full sales cycle roles, ideally in a quota-carrying capacity.
    • Direct sales experience with large conglomerates is essential, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Previous experience in enterprise sales or technology sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English (business level or higher).
    • Sales DNA: A proven ability to exceed sales targets and articulate your methods for success.
    • Grit and Resilience: Comfortable prospecting and generating leads independently.
    • Organisation: Logical and methodical in progressing deals at scale.
    • Curiosity: A desire to understand your customers’ pain points and provide tailored solutions.
    • Confidence and Humility: Able to challenge the status quo with respect, building trust with customers.
    • Creativity: Willing to experiment with new approaches to win business.
