Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Team

At Teya, we are building the next generation of payments and commerce infrastructure for SMEs across Europe. As we scale, partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and embedded payments integrations are becoming a core growth driver.

We are hiring a Product Manager to build and lead our ISV Partnerships & Integrations platform from the ground up. This is a high-impact role focused on defining the strategy, architecture, and roadmap that will enable software platforms to seamlessly integrate and embed Teya’s payment capabilities.

You will work closely with engineering, data, commercial teams, and external partners to design scalable APIs, create a self-service developer ecosystem, manage strategic third-party relationships, and drive measurable transaction growth. This role combines technical product leadership, commercial thinking, and partnership management.

Your Mission

1. Define the ISV & Integrations Strategy

  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for ISV partnerships and integrations

  • Design scalable, future-proof integration architecture in collaboration with engineering

  • Evolve existing APIs into a robust, partner-ready platform

  • Build embedded payments capability within third-party software platforms

  • Establish a self-service developer portal and clear integration documentation

2. Drive Commercial Growth & Monetization

  • Increase Total Payments Volume (TPV) flowing from integrated software platforms

  • Identify opportunities to transform integrations from a cost center into revenue-generating products

  • Ensure integrations are intuitive for partners and easy for commercial teams to sell

  • Partner with country leaders to unlock vertical-specific ISV opportunities

3. Evaluate & Manage External Partnerships

  • Research and evaluate ISV partners and external service providers across Europe

  • Assess integration opportunities based on strategic value, coverage, cost, and scalability

  • Manage third-party relationships and represent Teya in external partnerships

4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with engineering and data teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap initiatives

  • Translate business strategy into clear technical requirements

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to identify integration use cases

  • Identify internal systems that can leverage centralized integrations

5. Optimize Experience & Efficiency

  • Improve partner and merchant user experience through seamless integrations

  • Reduce operational and onboarding costs through smart integration design

  • Monitor and track integration performance and iterate based on data and feedback

Your Story

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not essential with equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience building APIs, integrations, platform products, or embedded payments solutions

  • Strong understanding of ISV ecosystems and payments infrastructure

  • Experience working in fintech, payments, or platform-based environments

  • Experience managing third-party partnerships and vendor selection processes

  • Experience working across multiple countries or markets is advantageous

Technical & Product Capability

  • Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, system design, and architectural trade-offs

  • Experience defining integration requirements and delivering them with engineering teams

  • Ability to evaluate integration partners based on technical, commercial, and operational criteria

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Commercial & Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to identify monetization opportunities within platform and integration products

  • Comfortable balancing cost, coverage, scalability, and long-term strategic value

  • Clear understanding of how integrations drive transaction volume and revenue

Personal Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Able to operate independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution bias
