Job Description

As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and organizing a team of non-commission field sales agents. You will ensure smooth operations, assist with onboarding, and help optimize sales processes. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or team coordination, who enjoys working with people and driving efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting & coordinating the team: Work closely with commission-only sales agents, providing them with guidance, motivation, and the tools needed to succeed.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies: Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. Help develop and manage sales incentives to boost team performance.
  • Training and development: Provide ongoing training in product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Organize training sessions and offer one-on-one coaching to improve agent performance.
  • Building strong relationships: Engage regularly with agents to maintain motivation, offer support, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing performance and optimizing processes: Monitor sales data to track success, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales processes.
  • Onboarding and support: Assist in onboarding new agents, ensuring a smooth integration and providing continuous guidance.
  • Sales agents’ profiles and territories: Help define the appropriate sales agent profiles and operational locations to improve coverage.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications

Your story:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or team support roles.
  • Proven ability to motivate and align a team with company goals while consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Experienced in training and coaching agents on products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain motivation and engagement among sales agents.
  • Proactive and resourceful in solving business challenges.
  • Skilled in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn about new technologies.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with CRM software.
  • Fluent in Croatian and English.
