Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Sales Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Prague. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales department by providing data-driven insights, managing CRM systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance overall sales performance.
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Analyse sales data and create comprehensive reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities
- Measure and calculate sales commissions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide sales-related insights and feedback
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data modelling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot is differential
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of sales processes and key performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Czech and English is needed.
