    Join Our Dynamic Team as a Field Sales Agent!

    At Teya, we're on a mission to bring our customers a modern combined payment solution to help them grow their business. As a Field Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey by being the first face and voice of Teya to new merchants around Bratislava and its whereabouts, as well as to our current Teya merchants who may be needing new products and solutions. Your mission will be to introduce them to our cutting-edge payment terminal solution, and diving into other exciting remote business development initiatives.

    Every day will bring new challenges, but fear not - we thrive on pushing boundaries and our competitive spirit extends beyond borders. As part of our routines, we will benchmark our field sales results against other Teya teams in the UK, Hungary, Croatia, and Iceland. We're not just aiming to be good; we're striving to be the best.

    What will be your daily activities?

    • Plan, schedule and execute outreach visits to new merchants

    • Present Teya’s comprehensive solutions and successfully onboard new members.

    • Achieve target goals for acquiring new merchants and driving net revenue growth.

    • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new merchants begin transacting and are fully activated.

    • Manage your client portfolio, driving volume growth, identifying upselling opportunities, and proactively reducing churn.

    • Address and redirect technical issues to the customer service team, serving as the frontline support for existing members.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For:

    • A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not essential
    • Being fluent in Slovak language and advanced in English is necessary.
