Job Description
As FP&A Partner you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis of Teya Iceland. Supporting the Teya Leadership team, this role will be highly collaborative with marketing, sales, customer operations, product & technology. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the strategy and growth of Teya Iceland.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Preparing financial and business performance reports to guide management decision making. This includes P&L, balance sheet and KPI analysis
- Providing evidence-based recommendations and insights to drive value creation
- Forecasting, budgeting and business planning for the Iceland operation
- Providing ad hoc financial analysis and business intelligence for country management
- Procurement and cost control analysis
- Cash flow analysis and forecasting working alongside the group treasury team
- Challenging accounting numbers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Presenting findings to senior stakeholders across the group
- Working closely with other geographies and business functions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in FP&A or other similar finance function
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SAP or similar
- High-level analytical and financial modelling skills with strong attention to detail
- Operational, hands-on professional with a desire to dive deep into the business in order to drive results
- A self-starter, capable of performing tasks with limited guidance and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and financial information effectively and concisely
- Fluency in Icelandic and English
