Job Description
Your mission:
Are you a dynamic communicator with a knack for building lasting relationships? Join our team as an Inside Sales Agent and be part of an innovative company that values customer engagement and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
Engage in both inbound and outbound sales, owning the whole sales process - from first call to closing the deal.
Engage with merchants to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about our products and services.
Turn every interaction into an opportunity to match clients with our innovative POS terminal solution and software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to earn their trust and loyalty.
Continuously update and share product information with potential customers.
Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Your Story:
While we welcome applicants at all experience levels, having 1 or 2 years of sales experience is a big plus.
We are looking for individuals with a strong customer-centric mindset, where communication and problem-solving is your forte.
Sales is your passion. Your competitive nature helps you meet targets and overcome challenges.
You are open to helping others and to criticism in the form of feedback. We are being honest to each other .

You enjoy working under pressure and multitask if needed.
You are not afraid to take ownership of what you are doing.
Being fluent in Croatian language and advanced in English is necessary.
