Job Description
We are looking for a senior professional to be responsible for managing payroll activities. Manage all the operational payroll works in the shared services (payroll providers, accounting bookings, etc)Experience in running a local payroll organisation and understanding the various aspects of dealing with different countries.
Managing local payroll providers.
Business partners with accounting in continuous improvement projects to ensure an efficient flow of information.
Prior experience in the design and implementation of payroll processes and systems in different countries
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced)
SAP Knowledge is a plus
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Must have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
