Job Description

💪 Your Mission

You will support the organisation's internal SAP operations by providing analysis, troubleshooting, and support for SAP systems and processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of SAP solutions to meet business needs.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst to join our internal support team. This role involves assisting in the maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with our IT and business teams to support SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the optimisation of business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and SAP system requirements.
  • Provide first-level support for SAP-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving user problems.
  • Participate in the configuration and testing of SAP modules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support data migration and data cleansing activities.
  • Help maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for system improvements and process automation.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans and scripts for SAP enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on system performance and user issues.

Qualifications

📖 Your Story

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of SAP systems and modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) will be considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Experience:

  • Previous internship or coursework related to SAP or business analysis is a plus but not required.
  • Exposure to any programming or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, ABAP) is an advantage but not mandatory.
