Job Description

Your mission

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our sales department by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding prospective salespeople. Your main responsibilities will be recruiting salespeople, creating and nurturing relationships with them, and helping to set them up for success by supporting their onboarding process.


You will be responsible for:

  • Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for sales roles
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
  • Manage sales contracts, including preparation, review, and renewal as necessary
  • Facilitate the onboarding process
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales representatives, addressing inquiries and providing support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and contracts
  • Generate reports on sales performance and commission calculations for management review
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in commission payments

Qualifications

Your Story

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a sales or similar environment
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Croatian languages
