Job Description

Job Mission: People Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transactional People Support: Responsible for managing all transactional People activities for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This includes but is not limited to, employee record management, contract administration, and benefits coordination.

  2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new hires and support offboarding procedures when necessary. Ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

  3. People Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local regulations in both countries. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance as needed.

  4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with the People Operations team to implement improvements and drive continuous optimization.

  5. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes for employees in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely payment. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and external vendors as necessary.

Collaborative Support:

  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner and existing People Operations personnel to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.

  • Provide support and assistance to the broader HR team as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 years of experience in HR or people operations roles, preferably in an international context.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and regulations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
