At Teya, we're on a mission to bring our customers a modern combined payment solution to help them grow their business. As a Sales & Marketing project support, you will work on various projects and commercial ad hoc initiatives, but you will also be involved in the day-to-day operations.

Your role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Project Support Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will manage key backoffice functions essential to our sales and marketing success.

You will oversee our Hubspot CRM system, ensuring dashboards, automatic flows, and processes are efficiently managed and always up-to-date. Your keen analytical skills will help regularly review and adjust our portfolio pricing to maximize profitability. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in festival operational support, ensuring smooth and effective communication with organizers and internal teams.

You will also support the team by coordinating the localization of marketing campaigns and our websites. Your responsibilities will further include facilitating a smooth onboarding process for our new partners by setting up all necessary documents, contracts, lead forms, and tags.

Your team

You won't be tackling these challenges alone. You will be reporting directly to our Country Leader, working by the side of our sales manager Martina, our expert on building happy relationships with our merchants, Tomas, who has been for years successfully managing strategic partnerships across Czech and Slovakian market, and Vojta, our art wizard.
