Job Description:

As a self-employed independent sales agent, your primary responsibility will be to introduce and sell our card-acquiring services to small and medium-sized merchants. Your tasks will include:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential merchants and establish a pipeline of leads through various channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand merchants' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their payment processing requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with merchants, offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales agreements to onboard new clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities.
  • Commission Structure: You will earn a competitive commission on each successful sale. Commission rates will be determined based on the sales volume or number of merchants onboarded.
  • Local Hero: Use your heritage to your advantage. We need you to be a local, speaking the language and knowing Croatian business culture in order to attract as many quality leads as possible.
