Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via email, website, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about our products and services.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to earn their trust and loyalty.
  • Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Sales Conversion:

  • Utilize persuasive and consultative sales techniques to guide potential customers through the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and maintain a high conversion rate.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively convey their value to potential customers.
  • Continuously update and share product information with potential customers.

Sales Documentation:

  • Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
  • Generate quotes and proposals as needed to facilitate the sales process.

Follow-Up:

  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.

Qualifications

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.

Customer Focus:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs.

Sales Techniques:

  • Basic understanding of persuasive and consultative sales techniques.

CRM Proficiency:

  • Basic proficiency in using CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and sales details.

  • Willingness to collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
