Your Mission

As the leader of a team, you will guide highly motivated young sales representatives. Each team member is responsible for a different territory, acting as the ambassador for their specific zone with a focus on acquisition. You will work closely with diverse teams, contributing to insightful strategies that enhance the merchant experience and drive us toward our ambitious goals. Embark on a growth journey with us, becoming a pivotal figure in revolutionizing the payments sector in Hungary!

Your role as a leader in our team involves a comprehensive approach to driving sales and fostering team growth. You are tasked with:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their skills and increasing productivity.
  • Implementing effective customer segmentation strategies and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
  • Introducing new products to our existing and potential customers with innovative approaches.
  • Managing performance by setting clear objectives, conducting regular reviews, and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets.
  • Playing a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to strengthen the team and align with our growth objectives.
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborating with different departments to align sales strategies with the company's overall goals.

Your Story

  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in team management is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges.
  • Curiosity in new technologies.Customer-focused, always striving to meet and exceed their needs.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is essential.
