What you will do

  • Reporting to the Chief Business Officer you will be responsible for leading and advancing the organization’s revenue strategy, focusing on optimizing revenue generation through effective enablement programs and strategic value management.
  • You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the alignment of revenue generation strategies and the creation of significant, measurable value for customers.
  • You will drive drive performance improvement, sales excellence, and value realization across the organization.

What you will bring with you

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or enablement with a focus on B2B sales environments, including leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and value realization within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership to align sales and enablement strategies.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $ 343,000 and $429,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
