We are looking for driven team members who want to join us on our mission to lead cloud security globally. Does this sound like the right place for you?
What you will do
- You will ensure that our TelAviv office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities
- You will oversee office communications ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment
- You will coordinate the administration of Benefits
- You will enable and organize office and corporate events, off site meetings and travel arrangements
- You will help ensuring we remain in compliance for all health and safety policies and regulations for the TelAviv office
- You will support employees in their basic HR administration requests
- You will be in charge of onboarding and off boarding for employees on Tel Aviv site, supporting HR EMEA team
What you will bring with you
- 1+ years experience as an Office coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Experience in General Affairs
