Enablement Program Manager, Alliances & Channels

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Alliances & Channels (A&C) team is responsible for building a vibrant ecosystem of partners that accelerates Stripe's mission. Within A&C, the Programs team is the engine that drives partner success and ecosystem growth at scale. We architect the commercial and programmatic frameworks that enable partners to scale from single projects to enterprise-wide transformations.

What you’ll do

This is a foundational role within our team, reporting to the Global Head of A&C Programs. You will be at the center of our internal go-to-market engine, responsible for a critical mission: ensuring our global sales teams know who our best partners are, understand the value they bring, and see clear evidence of how partnering helps them win.

You will be the team's chief storyteller, mining for "win stories," managing our internal communications, and developing the enablement content that makes partnering with our ecosystem an effective part of the sales cycle. Crucially, you will also act as a key communications partner to our Alliances & Channels leadership, helping to craft and amplify their voice to our partners and the broader market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a regular communication cadence to profile key partners, their capabilities, and recent successes for our global sales organization.
  • Partner with A&C leadership to draft and refine external-facing communications, including blog posts, social media content, and event messaging, ensuring a consistent and powerful narrative about Stripe's partner strategy is delivered to the market.
  • Proactively identify, collect, and develop compelling "win stories" from across the business that demonstrate successful partner collaboration, and package them for internal distribution.
  • Partner with sales enablement and A&C leadership to build and maintain the training materials, one-pagers, and playbook content that AEs and SAs need to effectively engage partners.
  • Assist in the development of internal communications for A&C leadership, including monthly updates and "top of mind" summaries that keep the broader organization informed of our team's strategy and progress.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who is a natural storyteller, is exceptionally organized, and is passionate about connecting people with the information they need to be successful. You are a strong writer, an excellent collaborator, and you have a knack for taking complex information and distilling it into a clear, compelling narrative.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring strong communication and organizational skills, such as program coordination, marketing, sales enablement, or internal communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with internal teams.
  • A "get it done" mentality and a proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred qualifications

  • * Experience working in a partner or channel organization at a technology company.
    • Familiarity with sales organizations and the B2B sales cycle.

Experience using CRM (like Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (like Highspot).

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $117,300 - $175,900. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
