Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Go to Market (GTM) Planning and Operations team works at the intersection of corporate planning, GTM Strategy, Product, GTM and Regional Strategy and Operations with responsibility for ensuring that we land the Stripe annual rhythm in a smooth and timely manner. This entails 3 main pillars:

  • Building and landing foundations (tooling, process, and strategy) for next cycle
  • Ensuring budgets, territories, targets, comp plans, reporting and enablement are delivered to GTM in a timely manner
  • Effectively managing in-year Account, Quota, and Org Id Changes for customer alignment

What you’ll do

As the GTM Strategy and Operations Adjustment Lead, you will be responsible for improving the quality of our alignment and managing of merchant attribution to SFDC accounts. Your core focus will be managing and executing in-year changes as well as planning for new year adjustments which carry quota impacts for our sales teams and reporting on customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Org ID Management: Own the end-to-end process for all planning and in-year changes to merchant to account attribution processes, driving future changes and process improvements for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
  • Program/Process Management: Independently develop and manage projects, programs, and documentation to support key stakeholders and core operational planning processes, with an emphasis on the adjustment cycle.
  • Scalable Insight: Conceptualize, build, and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the business, your team, and cross-functional teams can use to extract data/insights for daily business management in an automated manner, particularly for monitoring and executing adjustments.
  • Systems Implementation: Oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams to ensure quality builds ‘at scale’ that support the adjustment process.
  • Productivity and Resource Management: Improve documentation and processes to ensure efficient and effective execution of all adjustment-related tasks.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in business or sales operations, finance, data science, or business analytics.
  • Intermediate SQL and Excel modeling experience.
  • Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, taking a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver with a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality and a strong bias for action. Passionate about driving business outcomes and change at the ground level.
  • Experience presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer entity management, territory and quota adjustments, and improving related processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce - knowledge of Salesforce data management, system configuration mechanics, and experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Anaplan for Headcount Management, Territories, Quota, or Productivity.
A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $115,100 - $172,700. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
