About the team
The Workplace team’s mission is to create and support work environments that are welcoming, comfortable, and intuitive. These spaces are designed to promote collaboration, well-being, and productivity while adhering to the rigorous safety, security, and confidentiality standards required of a financial services company.
The Workplace Experience team comprises hospitality and operations focused professionals who directly shape the daily experiences of Stripes and visitors across 20+ global office locations. This geographically dispersed team oversees facilities management, daily operations, and programs such as food, on-sites and events, environmental health and safety, and transportation.
About the role
We're looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Senior Workplace Coordinator who's enthusiastic about - and has a driving need to deliver - the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. With a strong hospitality, operations, and users-first mindset, you’ll support the day-to-day office management for our Dublin office, reporting to the Dublin Experience Manager. You'll handle duties such as supervising on-site contractor teams, overseeing day-to-day workplace operations all while ensuring an outstanding user experience. This exciting role requires a balance between tactical delivery and operations and day to day workplace experience.
What you’ll do
Oversee day to day operations in the office and support the Dublin Experience Manager with the tactical delivery of services, while also working independently to step into critical meetings and projects as needed. Up coming projects such as our office move will be a core focus for you. Please note, as a result of the physical office focus of the role, we are looking for someone to be based in our Dublin office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a high standard of hospitality.
- Manage and mentor Workplace contractors, ensuring performance aligns with Stripe’s operational and service standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for workplace-related assistance, providing prompt and professional support via in-person interactions, email, and Slack.
Oversee Front Office Coordinators to maintain an exceptional front-of-house experience.
^Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
Partner with Physical Security on all office-related security matters.
Collaborate with Corporate Technology (CorpTech) to ensure seamless conference and meeting room technical operations, driving improvements where necessary.
^Oversee vendor performance, ensuring that all vendors and third-party partners deliver exceptional services in accordance with documented standards, meeting both business and customer expectations.
Manage vendors on a day-to-day basis, including system onboarding and access tracking, addressing issues, tracking progress, and ensuring resolution within the expected SLAs.
Ensure that vendors complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and that all reports are accurately tracked.
Support on-site facilities management services and vendor initiatives.
^Support and oversee Workplace contractors in the planning and execution of office events, companywide gatherings, and team on-sites.
Implement and support site-specific workplace programs (e.g., space planning, employee health and safety (EHS), food services) in alignment with global standards developed by the Program Team.
^Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, processing invoices, Manage purchase orders (PO) and supporting financial forecasting.
Maintain and update internal office content and resources as needed.
^Provide site-specific insights to leadership to influence workplace strategy and drive improvements.
Provide operational support and site specific implementation for new and existing Experience programs (e.g. space planning, EHS, Food) , processes, standards, and policies.
Provide feedback on programs to be shared with the Programs team for incorporation into existing and new programs.
Communicate workplace concepts and plans clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives and employees.
Champion Stripe’s operating principles, fostering a positive workplace culture in the Dublin office.

Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of Workplace operations experience in a high growth company with a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects while meeting commitments
- Be highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Possess a high level of IT literacy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience prioritizing multiple customer requests and coordinate effective and supportive responses in a fast-paced environment
- A knack for solving problems and spotting inefficiencies
- An orientation toward rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- A driving need to deliver the best possible experience—you may have been called a perfectionist once or twice
Preferred qualifications
- An understanding of hard services including HVAC, BMS, lighting and smart building systems
- Familiarity with PPM management, permit to work processes, health, safety and fire regulation
- Knowledge of ERP Systems accounting tools
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €75,200 - €112,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
