About the team
At its core, Stripe is a treasury company. We are seeking someone great to join our Digital Solutions team within Treasury Finance to help us fulfill our mission of building the Global Payments and Treasury Network (GPTN). In order to continue to build novel and powerful products for our users, our own treasury capabilities must be excellent.
The Digital Solutions team within Treasury Finance are financial subject matter experts that help to support, build and expand our treasury capabilities from the grounds up. They assist in analyzing large data sets, evaluate business processes to design our north star, and also drive strategic decision-making to influence business outcomes through cross-functional partnerships.
What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced PM to play an integral role to lead and drive towards solutions as we develop sophisticated Treasury Finance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary individual responsible for designing the best-in-class processes for fx and intercompany management and recommend design solutions for state of the art systems and tooling whilst working very closely with our Engineering and Data Science teams
- Have strong knowledge of end-to-end funding processes, including account ledgering, netting optimization, fx centralization, and related financial systems and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within liquidity by liaising with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Engineering, and other internal teams to drive process improvements aiming to deliver efficiencies and automation
- Build dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics and leveraging this data to empower and influence decision making

Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of experience working within the Treasury and Finance space, preferably with direct experience in Intercompany funding and/or FX management and aligned to a change, strategy or solutions function
- Direct experience in managing and implementing changes to Intercompany funding, fx centralization, cash pooling, netting structures and automated ledger postings
- Strong problem-solving skills. You enjoy taking highly complex issues and turning them into simple actionable next steps
- An ability to work cross-functionally and deliver on multiple projects with high attention to detail
- A clear willingness to "roll up their sleeves" and dive into the details
- Experience writing complex business and data requirements
- A keen analytical eye with experience building and solving problems through systems
- The ability to work independently or with a small team and playing various roles from business analyst to project manager, including collaborating with senior management to solve and design for complex problems
- An ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, evolving environment
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of the payments industry and fintech landscape
- Familiarity with regulations that pertain to the payments and financial services industries
- Experience with SQL, R, or equivalent
The annual US base salary range for this role is $155,200 - $232,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
