What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst who is a quick learner and data-driven professional to help us build data structures, processes, and visualizations. The position requires a strong understanding of marketing and data, working closely with the growth and data engineering teams. You will develop processes, tools, and visualizations for the company and generate data-driven insights that directly impact revenue growth. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be part of a team that brings superpowers to our marketing teams and allows the company to achieve its ambitious goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop data tools, dashboards, and visualizations
- Measure the performance and effectiveness of marketing investment across a diverse set of marketing channels
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis to maximize ROI and performance
- Turn great ideas into automated and scaled data-driven processes
- Work closely with the Marketing teams to identify opportunities and measure their impact
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Economics /Industrial Engineering/ Statistics
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business/Marketing/Financial analyst - a must
- Experienced with SQL (Big Query) and data visualization tools (Looker) - a must
- Previous experience in performance marketing / E-commerce company - a plus
- Hands-on campaign management experience in paid social - a plus
- Fast learner with high attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask on several projects at a time
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High analytical skills and the ability to deep dive into details
- Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of both Business & Marketing
- Fluency in English, experience working with global and cross-functional teams
