What We Do:
The Product team is responsible for creating and optimizing the best-in-class E-commerce websites to enhance conversions and engagement in a competitive landscape. We utilize cutting-edge technologies and implement best practices in A/B testing to make data-driven decisions that continuously improve our performance.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Product Manager to help enhance our digital shopping experience and drive measurable impact. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in global and hybrid environments. Your responsibilities will include optimizing UI/UX, improving conversion rates, and developing new features to enhance the user journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business impact and customer need
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to execute product improvements
- Lead A/B tests and data analysis to drive decision-making
- Optimize user flows to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Monitor product performance metrics, such as conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience working in E-commerce/B2C/D2C companies - an advantage
- Understanding of user behavior and preferences in the online shopping journey
- Experience optimizing UI/UX and working collaboratively with design teams
- Proven ability to work with R&D teams, write requirements and PRD documents, and manage product roadmaps
- Experience with making data-driven decisions, including familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and platforms like Dynamic Yield or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and front-end development concepts - an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to various global stakeholders
- A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
