The Role
Palantir has been selected as the prime contractor for the development and delivery of the Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) ground station system, the Army’s next-generation deep-sensing capability enabled by artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML). The TITAN team will be focused on the development of 10 TITAN prototypes, including five Advanced and five Basic variants, as well as the integration of new critical technologies to will modernize the sensor to shooter workflow in support of Army long range precision fires.
TITAN is a ground station that has access to Space, High Altitude, Aerial, and Terrestrial sensors to provide actionable targeting information for enhanced mission command and long range precision fires. Palantir’s TITAN solution is designed to maximize usability for Soldiers, incorporating tangible feedback and insights from Soldier touch points at every step of the development and configuration process. Building off Palantir’s prior work delivering AI capabilities for the warfighter, Palantir is deploying the Army’s first AI-defined vehicle and is looking for teammates to help deliver next generation capability to meet the needs of future conflict.
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven team of other Deployment Strategists, Account and Sales Executives, and Engineers to match software to the most complicated problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is and navigate a path to convert ideas into production work that delivers value to the customer.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and structure the approach to pursuing opportunities at both new and existing customers by partnering closely with both our sales and delivery teams to scope and convert opportunities
  • Identifies and addresses program problems by recommending solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing contractual specifications, and coordinating responses to customer action items
  • Track all subcontractor efforts, risks, schedule, and cost and ensure subcontractor compliance with all elements of the SOW and subcontract
  • Craft and implement customer engagement strategy with Government Program Office to message schedule changes, risk, successes and deliverables, and contractual issues
  • Generate monthly program review reports that provide visibility on all program metrics, such as technical performance metrics, cost, schedule, completed work, and upcoming events

What We Require

  • 5-10 years of experience in integrated hardware programs, preferably 2-3 years of experience leading a hardware program
  • Active US Security Clearance, or ability and willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to travel 25 – 75% required. Varies by location and team

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $110,000 - $170,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
