Job Summary:
The Regional Workplace Manager is a new and critical role within the Workplace team, responsible for leading operations across six U.S. offices, including direct oversight of the Dallas location. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and a strong employee experience at each site, partnering closely with the Director of Workplace and the Facilities Manager to deliver high-quality, culture-aligned environments that reflect OpenGov’s values.
The right person in this role will serve as a strategic business partner for each location, bringing structure, operational rigor and continual improvements. Responsibilities:
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Develop and support team members through coaching, feedback, and meaningful growth opportunities, using daily work as a tool to build capability, confidence, and career progression.
Set clear, aligned priorities and goals that keep the team focused on impact, adaptable to change, and grounded in success metrics.
Create systems for execution, follow-through, and performance accountability.
Foster open, transparent communication across all levels, ensuring your team has the context they need, and that leadership has visibility into team progress, risks, and resource needs.
Champion a values-led, inclusive and fun team culture where people feel safe, supported, and energized - and where accountability, and recognition are embedded in the day-to-day.
Translate business needs at each location into proactive workplace services.
Serve as the main point of escalation for the on-site workplace teams
ADMIN & OPERATIONS
Oversee all administrative and vendor services (e.g. food/beverage, janitorial, supplies), with an emphasis on cost, quality, and timeliness.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with IT/AV, People, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Direct team procurement, vendor management, PO creation, and budget tracking.
Define and continually improve processes through documentation, automation, and AI tools, driving efficiency and visibility.
Define, measure and report out office experience metrics.
Monitor and optimize operational spend, proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities
Serve as a thought leader in workplace experience—continuously identifying trends and best practices to enhance hospitality, sustainability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
FACILITIES
Manage infrastructure, maintenance, and repair workflows, including vendor KPIs and local service delivery
POC and responsible for owning the relationship with Dallas property management
Manage and maintain the Dallas office environment - F&B, supplies, cleanliness
Respond to employee service requests with a hospitality mindset.
Oversee local safety and security programs, including the Emergency Response Plan, training, and supply readiness.

You have:
7–10 years of workplace, facilities, or hospitality experience, including people management and vendor oversight.
Proven ability to grow ICs, uplevel skills, and support success across a distributed team.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budget ownership, and cross-functional influence.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for initiatives across levels and functions.
Strong bias for action. You move quickly from observation to execution—leading the charge, driving alignment with cross functional partners and bringing your stakeholders along.
Proficiency in Google Suite, async collaboration, and a curiosity for AI tools.
Strong data analytics mindset - using metrics to inform decisions, actions and investments.
Solid understanding of purchase and procurement processes
The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving needs.

Exceptional candidates will have...
Experience managing regional or multi-site workplace operations
Project Management and/or Program Management experience
A track record of designing programs that improve employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, construction, space planning and/or move management
Experience managing Physical Security and/or Employee Health and Safety programs
