Role Summary
The Technical Enablement Manager ensures that the GTM organization is fully equipped to understand, position, and sell the product based on new features and updates.
This role bridges the gap between messaging and positioning in Product Marketing, the technical how-to in Product Management, and GTM delivery in Sales Enablement. This means creating launch deliverables including hands-on, interactive enablement content that drives adoption and confidence across all OpenGov products with monthly launch cycles.
You’ll lead the enablement structure and content strategy, oversee the Technical Project Manager, and own the GTM readiness process from a product enablement perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-performance Technical Enablement team
Lead Product Enablement Strategy: Own the roadmap for product-specific enablement content, aligning with PMM, PM, SE, PS, and Sales Enablement teams.
Create Technical Enablement Materials: Develop or oversee creation of click-through guides, demo scripts, before/after workflows, and guided trainings that show the “how” behind new product capabilities that will be used for internal training and customer certifications.
Launch Readiness Ownership: Partner with the Technical Project Manager to ensure all assets, content, and training are delivered on time for each release.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with PMMs on messaging and positioning that is woven through the interactive content created
Partner with PMs to understand technical workflows, UI/UX updates, and the before and after state.
Coordinate with Sales Enablement for delivery cadence and integration into existing learning systems.
Content Governance: Build scalable templates, asset libraries, and feedback loops to continuously improve enablement content quality and usage.
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS roles such as product enablement, technical marketing, or product management.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing people, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Strong understanding of SaaS product workflows and user experience.
Proven experience creating or overseeing hands-on enablement materials (click-throughs, demos, guided training, or product simulations).
Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong storytelling ability to translate technical updates into GTM-relevant narratives.
Experience partnering with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams in a high-velocity environment.

Compensation:
Atlanta, GA: $140,000 - $165,000
