Marketing Operations Manager
OpenGov, Inc. is recruiting for our San Francisco, CA office: Oversee marketing operations activities, leveraging data to improve conversion rates, build sales pipeline, and drive process improvements. Partner with other marketing leaders to develop, track and maintain critical marketing metrics and custom campaign reports to enable data-driven decisions. Manage marketing automation platform and optimize lead lifecycle workflows, data enrichment, lead scoring, segmentation, and multi-touch email nurture campaigns. Analyze demand generation budget and return-on-investment reporting, working with the team to ensure all marketing spend is accurately tracked back to quarterly and annual plans. Manage marketing contact database, including quarterly updates, deduplication, importing and exporting records, and ongoing maintenance. Create and maintain documentation of all demand generation and events processes and service level agreements with other departments. Assist with development of paid digital ads and traditional marketing campaigns to ensure campaigns are tracked appropriately. Manage list imports and attribution reporting from conferences, content marketing, and other marketing activities to drive an efficient handoff to the sales team. Full-time telecommuting allowed. $209,082.00/year.
Education and Experience Required:
BS or foreign equivalent in Managerial Economics, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 48 months of experience.
