This role is at-will and OpenAI reserves the right to modify base pay and other compensation components at any time based on individual performance, team or company results, or market conditions.
As OpenAI’s enterprise business grows, our GTM teams need high-quality, field-ready content that keeps pace with rapid product velocity and an increasingly verticalized go-to-market motion. Today, the volume and complexity of enterprise content needs outstrip our capacity, and we lack a dedicated owner who can translate technical and product inputs into clear, compelling narratives at the speed the business requires.
We’re hiring a seasoned hands-on content creator who can personally craft the narratives, decks, talk tracks, and storylines that power our most important enterprise moments — from EBCs and executive engagements to Frontiers, Exec Summits, webinars, and vertical launches. This person will bring structure and clarity to how we communicate across industries, help the field show up with consistent and credible messaging, and build foundational content that can be reused across GTM.
This is both a creator role and a content leader role: someone who can write, build slides, and shape narratives directly — while also working with PMM, Product, Field, Solutions, EBC, and agency/contract support to scale content production over time. The ideal candidate is a fast, crisp storyteller with excellent judgment who elevates clarity, accuracy, and enterprise relevance in everything they touch.
In this role, you will:
Translate enterprise narrative direction into crisp, compelling content that GTM can use immediately
Create field-ready slides, talk tracks, narratives, and customer-anchored stories at high speed
Stand up scalable content systems for vertical GTM (FinServ, Healthcare, Retail)
Convert major events and product moments into reusable content packages
Work with PMM, Product, and Field to keep content accurate, current, and aligned
You might thrive in this role if you have:
8–10+ years in enterprise content creation, product marketing, narrative development, or strategic communications
Proven track record of personally producing high-quality enterprise content — narratives, decks, talk tracks, scripts
Experience translating complex, technical, or product-heavy concepts into simple, compelling stories for business and executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to support enterprise GTM motions — understanding what field teams need, how narratives land with C-suite buyers, and how content influences pipeline
Experience working cross-functionally with PMM, Product, Field, Solutions, and exec stakeholders
