Establish a single source of truth for People data, with clear definitions, data quality standards, and governance.
Deliver dashboards and executive-level reporting that translate data into actionable insights for the CPO, executive team, and Board.
Develop predictive and advanced analytics capabilities, such as retention risk and workforce modeling, as the organization matures.
Oversee core People Ops processes: onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, HR data administration, employment verification, immigration and mobility support (as applicable), and policy administration.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations and reporting requirements.
Define and monitor service levels, case management, and continuous improvement for the People service model.
Standardize and scale processes to support growth, acquisitions, and organizational change.
Lead, coach, and develop a team across systems, analytics, and operations.
