About the Role
The primary role of the Clinical Administrator is to provide a high quality and professional administration service to both internal as well as external clients through telephonic and written communication. The Clinical Administrator will ensure the seamless transfer of our clients through a vetted transfer process to ensure correct clinical support is provided.
This position is hybrid to be based in South Africa.
Hours: Shift hours i.e. morning, afternoon and evening.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Administrator acts as a vital link between client needs and clinical operational execution by conducting telephonic assessment.
Assessment of the callers by determining appropriate times for call backs.
Responding to client queries and emails.
Capturing critical data, and managing precise case entries within the Lyra database base.
This role maintains high standards of data integrity through filtering and cleanup of data.
Overseeing essential administrative functions such as financial invoicing, call back effectiveness, project coordination, and the strategic support of team shift rosters.
By efficiently allocating work across various departments and providing direct administrative support to the National Support Centre Manager, the incumbent will ensure seamless workflow management and utilizes client satisfaction surveys to drive continuous service excellence
