LGC Case Mgt & Affiliate Coordinator

About the Role
This role is for a South African employee with strong interpersonal, communications, and administrative coordination skills, to support Lyra International's Global Connect Affiliate & Case Mgt Teams.
The coordinator will support the Management team and a team of Consultants servicing Care within LGC and associated Clinical Services, with administrative and service coordination duties in the operational delivery of Care to Lyra’s global customers and the direct affiliate network that supports this.
Location: This is a remote role, and employees need to be able to ensure their own strong and reliable power and Wi-Fi connection as these are vital for remote work. The expectation is for employees to have a Smart phone to enable remote work.
Hours: Standard SA hours 8am to 5pm
Flexibility: Although this is typically a 5 day, 8 hours a day role, due to the nature of the work, this role requires flexibility at times. The person needs to be flexible about supporting meetings outside of the standard working shift due to also forming part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Allocations: Support with allocation of work to various stakeholders including Lyra’s local provider subsidiaries and partners, Clinical Consultants, Direct Affiliate Networks, and other Operational support teams as needed.
- Data Support: Support with data handling, correspondence follow up for case/event data, data capture and data checking, and related work, including customer satisfaction and related feedback data. Support with data-related correspondence, capture, updating and collation regarding affiliate records and support with data for reporting needs for management.
- Professional Correspondence: Support with mailbox handling and correspondence with clients, affiliates, internal, and external stakeholders on administrative / service coordination matters.
- SLA, Operational and Financial duties: Support the smooth operational management of and SLA adherence of service portfolios by carrying out administrative and coordination related duties, supporting technology-tool set-ups for selective projects where needed, and timeous and accurate processing of financial documents and data for purposes of commercial allocations, provider payments, and customer billing.
- Risk Escalation: Escalate clinical enquiries, clinical risks, and service concerns/complaints/escalations to the necessary Consultants and Management teams for timeous and compliant handling.

Qualifications
- Education: Minimum requirement is South African Matric. An additional diploma or degree is advantageous.
- Experience: 2-5 years in EAP administrative role and able to demonstrate multi-stakeholder administrative coordination capabilities in prior experience.
