About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven Senior Data Analyst who demonstrates impact, ownership and innovation.

Please note that remote-based candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Lyra’s Technology, Operations, Product, and other associated teams to provide critical business insights that enable strategic planning and improve operational processes, resulting in high-quality care for clients.

  • Become an expert in the diverse data sources at Lyra, working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and fellow Data Analysts to build and enhance Lyra’s data models.

  • Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable and flexible analytics metrics database using the standard development process involving Snowflake, dbt, Github, and peer reviews.

  • Conduct quantitative analyses to identify meaningful trends in care experience and utilization that uncover new opportunity areas and drive stakeholder decision-making.

  • Provide internal stakeholders with ongoing visibility into key metrics by creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.

  • Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests that inform high-priority business objectives while ensuring high data quality and reporting accuracy.

  • Using domain knowledge and technical expertise, guide and advise stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations/caveats to ensure rigorous methodology and accuracy.

  • Build automation and self service analytics solutions for stakeholders, leveraging data tools and resources such as python, BI tools and automation platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of data analysis in an industry setting with a preference for individuals who have experience in product / operations analytics and have partnered with engineering, operations and product teams in prior roles.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Analytics/Data Science or other related field.

  • Strong SQL proficiency. Experience writing complex queries with multiple schemas and tables. Preference for candidates who have experience creating views.

  • Experience in working with a cloud data warehouse and modeling analytic views with dbt.

  • Strong experience with defining metrics and developing dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Experience with developing self-serve automated analytic solutions that involve scripting, data cleansing, data extraction pipelines, and / or process automation.

  • Excellent at cross-functional collaboration with non-technical business stakeholders, especially in translating technical concepts, scoping reporting requests, and working together to create high-quality deliverables.

  • Demonstrated experience in project ownership; capable of independently managing and meeting project milestones.
