About the Role:
The Health System Marketing Specialist serves as a marketing strategist for Lyra’s existing health system and provider partners. This role is responsible for maintaining strong brand awareness, increasing referral volume, and driving engagement across established and net-new accounts through thoughtful and data-driven marketing initiatives.
This role works cross-functionally with customer success, clinical leaders, product, and operation teams to inform marketing efforts and ensure alignment. The role is responsible for helping develop campaigns, content, and provider-facing resources that promote a broad range of youth and adult mental health services.

Responsibilities
- Execute lifecycle marketing programs to engage new and existing health systems and clinical partners.
- Project manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams
- Manage execution of webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up.
- Create and maintain presentation decks, co-branded collateral, and referral toolkits for health system administrators and provider partners.
- Partner closely with the Lyra customer success team to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth within existing partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate, cohesive, and aligned with clinical best practices.
- Create educational content that resonates with provider and patient audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, conversions, referral volume, and ROI; report insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain Lyra’s brand voice and ensure all marketing materials adhere to ethical, compliant, and sensitive standards for mental health marketing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing; healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and managing campaigns across SEO, email, social, and paid media.
- Proficiency with cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with diverse internal teams.
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and mental health/substance use services is a plus.

61000 - 84000 USD a year
As a full-time Health Systems Customer Marketing Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $61,000-$84,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
