Requirements:
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Master’s degree or on-track to complete a Master’s degree by June 2026 from an accredited CSWE Social Work program
- Registered in California as an Associate Social Worker (ASW) OR be eligible to apply to be an ASW in the state of California in time to begin employment. See link for more information
- Must reside in California by the beginning of the program in September 2026 and must reside in California for the duration of the fellowship
- Committed to delivering culturally responsive care
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT)
Daily / Weekly:
- Work full-time (typically 40 hours per week) with a gradually increasing caseload as your clinical skills develop
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via Lyra’s online therapy platform
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between video-based sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
- Engage in weekly didactics designed to prepare you for an exciting career as a Clinical Social Worker
- Attend weekly clinical supervision (individual, triadic, group)
