About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee the Clinical Operations talent acquisition team, implement innovative hiring strategies and collaborate with leadership to fulfill the organization’s talent acquisition needs.
In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while serving as a trusted partner to Clinical Operations leadership. You will play a critical role in scaling Lyra’s recruiting capabilities to support rapid growth, operational excellence, and our commitment to delivering industry‑leading patient care.
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will combine people leadership, data‑driven decision making, and deep collaboration with cross‑functional partners to build diverse, mission‑driven teams that power Lyra’s clinical operations.
Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Strategy, and other internal stakeholders to design and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering accountability, growth, and engagement.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes, interview processes, and candidate experience.
  • Analyze talent market trends and translate insights into proactive sourcing and workforce planning strategies.
  • Build and optimize recruiting processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing clear data‑driven recommendations and progress updates.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting management experience
  • Able to think strategically about the future state of Lyra’s provider network and recommend appropriate recruitment strategy
  • Able to effectively navigate the unknown that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strategic partner to recruiting leaders, clinical operations, clinical quality and other stakeholders
  • Builds, empowers, inspires, and leads recruiting team to hit recruiting goals consistently
  • Strong analytical skills in gathering data, tracking productivity, reporting to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

119000 - 164000 USD a year

As a full-time Manager, Talent Acquisition (Clinical), you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000 to 164,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
