About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to assist in day-to-day tasks, as well as process improvements, for the Revenue Operations team. This unique role on the team will require the candidate to manage all customer invoicing preparation and distribution. Additionally, the Revenue Operations Specialist will share responsibility with the team for responding to queries from customers and providing general support with billing questions, coordinating with Customer Success, and helping with any technical issues. We are seeking someone who is thorough, tenacious and obsessed with the details.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support order processing lifecycle, ensuring accurate end-to-end order management
  • Coordinate communication with Sales, Customer Success and Product regarding order requests, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal efficiency and consistency
  • Review customer configurations and accurately enter orders into the billing system according to customer agreements
  • Reconcile invoice items and order processing to ensure all charges are captured correctly
  • Maintain detailed customer account information related to invoice distribution
  • Prepare and review final invoice documents for accuracy across various customers and billing frequencies
  • Generate ad hoc invoices for non-standard items as needed
  • Consolidate invoices for each billing cycle and distribute them to customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on customer billing configurations and updates to account settings
  • Review customer billing and invoicing inquiries, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in a high volume invoice processing role
  • Prior experience with medical billing a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, G-Suite, and/or JIRA a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Planning, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate, avert, or resolve issues in staffing, scheduling and task allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with an emphasis on quickly gaining trust
  • Passionate about improving mental health care and excited by our mission of leveraging technology to scale access to evidence-based therapies.
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Prior experience working in a technology environment a plus

As a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $68,000 - $104,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
