About the Role
The Clinical Consultant is responsible for ensuring that clinical therapists and coaches are well-equipped to provide quality clinical care to members and sets the tone for the team, fostering unity and shared purpose toward achieving quality goals.

Responsibilities

  • Help to identify qualified candidates and participate in the interview process
  • Assist in training and onboarding for new and existing therapists
  • Reinforce processes that familiarize new therapists with core programs, company standards, and expectations
  • Ensure that therapists align with evidence-based protocols and industry best practices
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where all therapists are engaged, valued, and supported
  • Provide ongoing leadership and support through check-ins, async, and one-on-one sessions
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating therapists’ performance to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in behavioral health
  • Maintain an active caseload of members using evidence-based practices
  • Participate in the development of new care programs, resources, and clinical enhancements

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral level degree in psychology or related mental health field
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
  • Experience providing clinical consultation, supervision, and training to mental health therapists
  • Experience with people management strongly preferred
  • Experience with a pediatric mental health population strongly preferred
  • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
  • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
  • Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment for this role
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Availability to work evening hours, potential opportunity to work Saturdays
  • Full-time resident of the United States
