About the Role:
The GTM Pricing & ROI team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s GTM strategy to drive revenue growth. We’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Associate to join our GTM Operations team. This role will require a balance of analytical and operational skills to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams by streamlining the quoting process, performing ad-hoc analysis, and serving as a strategic thought partner in winning and retaining business. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup transforming the mental healthcare industry.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success team
- Become a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that influence quotes
- Serve as a key thought partner for the Sales and Customer Success team when evaluating pricing for prospects
- Provide recommendations for streamlining the quoting process and drive implementation of process improvements
- Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with applicable stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar
- Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions
- Strong communication and ability to communicate cross-functionally with senior leaders
- Ability to tackle unstructured and undefined problems, taking ownership, and driving objectives to achieve the desired outcome
- Organized and diligent in consistently meeting deadlines while managing competing priorities
- Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutions
- Background in healthcare or benefits strategy
