About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategy Manager to lead content strategy for Lyra’s branded and demand generation events including webinars and premier industry conferences. You’ll work closely with product, corporate, and event marketing to craft strategic, high-impact content that ensures Lyra’s thought leadership stands out across the industry.
This role requires developing a comprehensive, scalable content strategy, including building and maintaining a content library that enables teams across Lyra to seamlessly reuse and repurpose event and webinar materials. You will shape compelling narratives that highlight Lyra’s expertise, drawing from research, data, and customer stories to create insightful, memorable content that aligns with our brand messaging.
You’ll also work directly with Lyra’s senior leaders and customers, requiring command of executive-level and client-facing conversations. A strong eye for data storytelling is essential—this person should be adept at uncovering meaningful insights and translating them into stories that resonate with our audiences, reinforcing Lyra’s position as a leader in workforce mental health.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a scalable content strategy and framework aligned with event objectives, business goals, and audience needs
- Build and maintain a content library to extend the impact of event materials across multiple initiatives
- Craft compelling narratives using data-driven insights and real-world stories to showcase Lyra’s thought leadership
- Manage the end-to-end content development process for events and webinars, including production timelines, speaker coordination, and deliverables management
- Lead content execution, including developing briefs, scripts, talking points, slides, Q&As, and abstracts
- Repurpose event and webinar materials into various marketing assets, ensuring content is leveraged across multiple channels and formats
- Provide speaker coaching to ensure engaging and impactful content delivery
- Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and production partners to create engaging, high-quality content experiences
- Prepare post-event content reports, analyzing performance and recommending future content improvements
- Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to extend the life of event content, repackaging materials to maximize impact
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in event content strategy, executive communications, and/or thought leadership strategy, preferably in the health care category
- Strong storytelling and data storytelling skills, with experience uncovering, shaping, and presenting compelling narratives
- Experience with event approaches, such as call for papers, speaker sourcing and management, and speaker bureaus
- Ability to use data and metrics to measure content effectiveness and drive improvements
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Advanced organizational and planning skills
- Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight timelines
Work Samples:
- Please share three writing samples from past events/webinars
