About the Role
The Account Manager’s primary role is the management of relationships with existing clients within Mexico. The role involves account management, customer support, and business development to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth of the business while maintaining the Wellness program's confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Supporting administrative matters with clients (Generation of quotations, Request for POs, Sending of electronic or physical documentation)
- Account management: Mastering of account/customer information.
- Support in generating monthly, quarterly and annual customer usage reports. Responsible for adding statistics and activities related to account management in usage reports.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and make presentations together with the manager on usage trends and reinforcement recommendations.
- Promotion and reinforcement with clients: Deliver launch or reinforcement talks on client programs. Participate in events such as health, safety, family, etc. weeks at client sites.
- Ensure client renewals by providing high quality service, follow-up, satisfaction.
- Support in the implementation, administration and follow-up of special projects.
- Participate in client HR events, health weeks, with booths, to explain services, programs and sales.
- Mastering educational talks to be able to present them, as well as developing new topics for presentations based on customer requests.
- Implementation of NOM.035 compliance actions with clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, benefits or wellness related role
- Understanding of NOM.035 requirements for employers
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
- Leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive and structured approach to problem solving
- Ability to synthesize data
