About the Role
We are seeking a creative revenue-focused thinker with a proven track-record for strong execution to join our GTM Enablement team as a Sr. GTM Enablement Specialist. This role will be responsible for the strategic management as well as the day-to-day optimization of our enablement platforms, content excellence, and comprehensive Go-To-Market enablement support. This role will be responsible for improving seller and account manager performance and readiness through learning & field content creation, facilitation and cross-functional partnership.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise with enablement tools, a deep understanding of GTM strategy, sales/renewal processes, methodologies, and the ability to facilitate engaging enablement experiences through async and live channels. This person will be a key partner for GTM teams to execute more effectively by ensuring they have access to the right content, training, and resources to drive revenue.
You'll report to the Manager of GTM Enablement and partner internally with the extended GTM Enablement team and other departments invested in GTM success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive content excellence strategy which includes optimizing Highspot, Confluence, WorkRamp and other Tech Stack tools for a seamless GTM user experience to drive effectiveness
  • Regularly audit our tools, learning programs, and resources to ensure that all GTM Enablement content aligns with the most current messaging and competitive insights
  • Using the analytics from both our learning programs and tech-stack to measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs and success of our content management strategy and provide insights and recommendations to optimize Enablement programs that drive revenue acceleration
  • Partner with our GTM Enablement Managers to assess training needs and to execute the creation of tailored enablement programs
  • Facilitate and create both onboarding and everboarding (upskilling) training to the GTM team
  • Support the development and maintenance of GTM playbooks, foundational skill building, and other programs to ensure market-facing employees can effectively articulate Lyra’s value
  • Assist in the design and delivery of annual kickoffs, and enablement sessions to reinforce key GTM strategies, product launches, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an enablement, Sales, Customer Success or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing platforms like Highspot, Confluence, or Workramp.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer success sales motions
  • Proactive mindset that seeks to solve problems creatively
