This leader will be responsible for developing and executing long-term GTM goals, optimizing sales operations for efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will be a strategic partner to the CRO and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure Lyra Health captures the market opportunity and achieves aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive long-term GTM strategy, including in-depth market analysis, customer segmentation, quota setting, territory design, and development of a variable compensation plan that incentivizes desired sales behaviors.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on lead generation, conversion rates, and deal cycle optimization.
  • Manage the GTM budget and resource allocation, ensuring optimal deployment across sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Refine pricing and ROI strategies to maintain a competitive advantage and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Product).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the GTM team, driving a results-oriented mindset and exceeding targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment across all GTM functions and drive integrated go-to-market success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO and senior leadership on GTM strategy, providing insights and recommendations, and crafting compelling communication materials for C-suite and Board presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of senior management experience in GTM, Rev Ops, or Finance. Specific expertise in strategy, analytics, and pricing in a high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and driving growth within diverse teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales and analytics platforms.
