How you will make a difference:

The GM of EMEA will be a senior leader with proven ability to drive growth by identifying sales talent, the ability to build, manage and motivate high-performance cross functional teams, and build a winning culture. We are looking for someone with extensive experience with enterprise-level SaaS deals, typically $150k+ ARR.

You’ll get to:

  • Identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Build, manage and motivate a growing team of Account Executives
  • Build, manage and motivate a team of Sales Operations Specialists
  • Design and maintain compensation and incentive programs
  • Own and report on the sales team’s metrics and performance
  • Partner with marketing to execute and deliver on the company’s revenue plan

We are looking for people who have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise-class software leadership experience
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals, typically $150k+ ARR
  • Experienced selling to executive level decision makers over longer sales cycles
  • Proven ability to grow, manage, and motivate high performance direct and cross-functional teams
  • Strong forecasting skill set and ability to manage complex revenue streams
  • Experienced using CRMs, Business Intelligence, and other revenue tools
  • Experience generating salaries and quotas for individual contributors
  • Experience with account segmentation, lead distribution, and sales funnels
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points:

  • Experience setting up and managing SaaS channel partner programs
  • Experience selling to enterprise e-commerce companies and other B2C verticals
  • Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation
