Iterable is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Employee Experience and Talent Manager to lead and execute strategies that foster a positive work culture, enhance the employee experience across the employee lifecycle, and support the growth of our teams and employees.
We are looking for a strategic, creative, execution-oriented person to contribute at both strategic and hands-on levels, building and launching new and existing programs across Iterable. This role is critical in shaping and scaling our culture and programs as we continue to grow and create a best in class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate, execute, measure and iterate ways to create a positive, energizing and inclusive hybrid workplace culture that promotes our values and drive strong employee engagement, motivation, and productivity
- Build programs that enhance the employee experience and drive efforts to focus on celebrating and recognizing the ‘moments that matter’ in the employee lifecycle
- Partner with the People Leadership Team to develop our Employee Value Proposition, and create compelling, clear and engaging communications around it
- Develop and implement talent management and development strategies that support the growth of our business, and the growth and retention of employees
- Develop an annual People Team calendar and communications plan, partner on messaging, positioning, and channel strategy to drive understanding and engagement across people and culture programs
- Create manager and employee enablement of programs to drive impact by creating workshops, videos, toolkits and job aids
- Establish and maintain metrics and analytics that measure the success of all initiatives
- Partner with various internal partners including PBPs, L&D, DEI, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and the Workplaces teams to design, iterate and execute programs
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, development, and/or employee experience.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing, developing and implementing talent management and development strategies, and working cross- functionally
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a global technology organization is a plus

For candidates in Tier 1 cities, the base salary range for this position is $144,000 to $216,000.
For candidates in Tier 2 cities, the base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $190,000.
For candidates in Tier 3 cities, the base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $175,000.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. While we use our full salary ranges, we only consider offering a salary near the top of the range in situations where the candidate far exceeds the experience level and skills required for the role.
Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
