As a Senior Information Security Analyst - Customer Trust, you'll have the opportunity to develop, mature and operate a global customer assurance function. Your team will be the center of providing trust to our customers throughout the sales lifecycle. This role will work directly with our customers and internal stakeholders to demonstrate Instabase’s security, compliance, and privacy posture and how we align with industry best practices and applicable laws.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the sales organization to address our customers’ security, compliance, and privacy needs, including addressing questionnaires, audits, and calls for both customers and prospects
- Grow a program dedicated to addressing and anticipating customer security, compliance, and privacy requirements
- Develop SME-level expertise in the features of Instabase products and infrastructure
- Manage the education and training of Instabase’s security, compliance, and privacy posture to the sales organization
- Create and own security, compliance, and privacy assets including websites, white papers, and FAQs.
- Review security clauses in contracts; advise on Instabase’s security, compliance, and privacy posture and ensure contracts accurately reflect our measures
- Assist where applicable in compliance audits
About you:
- You have a BS in information security, information systems management, or computer science or equivalent experience in compliance, information security policy, information security
- You have had exposure to:
- One or more compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Salespeople, the sales process, sales reporting, and the general nature of sales
- The current privacy landscape and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Bonus: 3rd party tools similar to Safebase, Jira, and Salesforce
- You possess the ability to own and manage multiple tasks and high priority projects
- Highly skilled communicator and influencer with the ability to describe complex concepts in easy to consumable terms
- Proven previous experience streamlining processes and producing quality metrics
- Previous experience supporting customer facing teams is a major plus
- You are a team player who enjoys working with others
