What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Be accountable for the value realization and success of all existing customers in the Americas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to drive customer success initiatives and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other CS leaders on the overall post-sale customer experience in order to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for major customer accounts, ensuring their success and addressing any challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Partner with other CS leaders to mature and scale the customer experience at Instabase

About you:

  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, metrics, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in a customer success leadership role, preferably in a technology-driven company.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing and growing environment.
