Your Impact:

  • As a member of the Support Operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Microsoft 365, Coveo, Salesforce, and other SaaS applications or data repositories.

  • You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all platforms, implementing best practices for data validation and verification.

  • You will develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that meet business requirements, using Domo, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

  • You will support business stakeholders by delivering easy-to-understand, actionable reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

  • You will design and implement effective data visualizations using Domo and other tools, ensuring that reports follow industry best practices for clarity and ease of interpretation.

  • You will create compelling visual stories that highlight trends, patterns, and insights, making complex data accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You will proactively identify emerging trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business performance improvements.

  • You will conduct detailed analysis on business operations and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.

  • You will partner closely with the Support and Services organization to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven insights.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine business questions, interpret data findings, and deliver recommendations for process and performance improvements.

  • You will communicate data insights, findings, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders across the organization, through presentations and written reports.

  • You will stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.

  • You will suggest and implement improvements to data collection methods, analysis techniques, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and impact.

Experience:

  • An undergraduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis, and platform such as Jupyter Notebook.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing solutions (ex. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a data analytics role, ideally at a technology company.

Compensation:

$ 88,000 USD - $ 101,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
